▸How does the design generator work?
You describe what you want, pick a theme, and our system generates a custom design. The first 3 are free; after that it's £1.49 per HD download.
▸Are the designs unique to me?
Yes — every generation is one-of-one. We don't resell anyone else's design, and the art file you order is exclusive to your order.
▸How long does a custom desk mat take to arrive?
Production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping is 3–10 days to the UK/EU/US, longer for rest of world. Total: typically 7–14 days door-to-door.
▸What sizes do desk mats come in?
Small (60×30cm / 24×12″), Large (80×40cm / 32×16″), XL (90×45cm / 36×18″). All are 3mm thick. XL is our most popular for full battlestation setups.
▸What is the mat made of?
The surface is smooth tight-weave polyester — good for mouse tracking and writing. The underside is 3mm solid natural rubber. Colours are sublimation-printed into the polyester fibres so they won't crack, peel, or fade.
▸What keeps it from sliding — is it adhesive?
No adhesive. The 3mm natural rubber base grips flat surfaces through friction alone. It works on wood, glass, laminate, and most desk finishes without leaving residue or marks. If your desk has an unusual coating, lay a piece of paper under a corner first to test.
▸How do I clean my desk mat?
Machine washable. Cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach or fabric softener. Air dry flat — don't tumble dry or iron. Most mats come out looking brand new. For light dust, a damp cloth works fine.
▸Can I upload my own design?
Yes — go to the desk mat page and pick the "Upload My Design" tab. JPG/PNG/WebP up to 20MB. Minimum resolution 3200×1800 recommended for crisp print.
▸Will Ideogram render my gamertag correctly?
Almost always. We generate 3 candidates each click and use Florence-2 OCR to verify the text on each one — verified ones get a green ✓ badge. If none look right, regenerate (you have 10 free attempts).
▸Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we fulfil from regional warehouses in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan, so shipping to those regions is fast. Other countries: 10–21 days.
▸What currencies do you accept?
We display prices in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, and JPY. Stripe charges your card in your local currency at checkout.
▸What's your returns and refund policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If your mat arrives damaged, has a print defect, or something is wrong on our side — we'll reprint it or refund you in full, no forms or arguing. Just email us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
▸Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because every mat is printed to order for you specifically, we can't accept returns for wrong size ordered or change of mind. If you're unsure which size to pick, check our size guide on the product page before ordering — or drop us an email and we'll help.
▸Can I get a bulk discount for my team / clan?
Yes — email [email protected] with your order size and we'll quote you. Discounts start at 10+ units.
▸I have a problem with my order — what now?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo if there's a print or damage issue. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays and will make it right.
