1. About us

These terms govern your use of mythic-lootlab.com, operated by Mythic LootLab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact us at [email protected].

2. The service

Mythic LootLab operates an online store selling custom-printed desk mats and merchandise. The service has two components:

• Design creation: Catalog designs displayed on this site, and personalised designs generated at your request, are created using artificial intelligence (AI) image generation technology. By placing an order you acknowledge that the artwork was produced by AI and not by a human artist.
• Manufacturing & fulfilment: Physical products (desk mats, apparel, phone cases, etc.) are printed and shipped on our behalf by Printful Inc., a third-party print-on-demand fulfilment provider. Printful receives your design image, name, and delivery address solely to produce and dispatch your order.

The design generator is provided free of charge. Charges apply only when you place a product order.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Impersonates a real individual without their consent.
• Violates Replicate's or any upstream AI provider's usage policies.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel accounts for violations of these rules.

4. Intellectual property

Your prompts and uploads: You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display it for fulfilling your order.

AI-generated images: Designs generated by our system are provided to you under a royalty-free licence for personal and commercial use. Because designs are produced by AI, we make no warranties about their uniqueness — similar outputs may be generated for other users.

Third-party IP: It is your responsibility to ensure that prompts you submit do not infringe third-party intellectual property. Generating images based on trademarked characters or brands may require a licence from the rights holder.

5. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but your confirmed order price is fixed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Orders are submitted to Printful immediately after payment. Production typically begins within 24 hours.
• A contract is formed between us when you receive an order confirmation email.

6. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for UK orders; longer for international.
• Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier.
• We ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes may apply for orders outside the UK — these are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns and cancellations

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Because products are printed on demand specifically for you, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun unless the item is faulty or not as described.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the amount paid for that order.
• The AI generation service is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantees.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

9. Consumer rights (UK)

If you are a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction entitled to bring proceedings there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes.
