Shipping Policy

Every product is printed on demand by Printful in the warehouse closest to you — no waste, no inventory, no overstock landfill. Production starts the moment you complete checkout.

Production time

All items: typically 2–7 business days from order to despatch. Custom personalised designs sometimes take an extra day for the print files to render.

Shipping time (after production)

• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
• 🇪🇺 European Union — 3–7 business days
• 🇺🇸 United States — 3–6 business days
• 🇨🇦 Canada — 5–8 business days
• 🇦🇺 Australia / NZ — 5–10 business days
• 🌐 Rest of world — 10–21 business days

Total door-to-door is typically 7–14 days for UK/EU/US/CA and 10–28 days for rest of world.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and the size/weight of your order. Desk mats ship flat-packed; mugs ship in protective boxes. You'll see the final shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email when Printful hands it to the carrier. If you don't see one within 7 days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & duties

Orders outside the UK/EU/US may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on arrival by your local customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility and not included in our prices.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us with photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
