Our commitment

We want you to love your order. If anything is wrong with your product — a printing defect, damaged in transit, or not as described — we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund. No quibble.

Print-on-demand — important notice

Every item is custom-printed specifically for you by Printful when you order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong size (please check size guides before ordering).
  • Dislike of the generated artwork (you can preview your image before purchasing).

This is standard practice for print-on-demand businesses and is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)) — the cancellation right does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specification.

When we will refund or replace

We will offer a full refund or free reprint if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a significant printing error (wrong colour, misaligned print, etc.).
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item is lost in transit (not delivered within 21 business days of dispatch for UK, 30 for international).

How to report a problem

  1. Email us at hello@mythic-lootlab.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We will review within 2 business days and confirm a replacement or refund.

Refund processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • UK cards typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after payment, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Email us immediately at hello@mythic-lootlab.com. Once an item is in production we cannot cancel or modify it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are always entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
